During his visit to Rishikesh, Uttarakhand, Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated 35 new Pressure Saving Adsorption (PSA) oxygen plants that are funded by the Prime Minister’s Citizen Assistance and Relief in Emergency Situation or PM CARES initiative.
