Today is the 76th Independence day of India. And today we all are standing tall as proud Indians. This year it is even more special as it is Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav and there is Tiranga standing tall in every single house and all we could hear in the background is Lehra do, Lehra do.. Azadi ka parcham lehra do. Today let’s just recall the learnings that we got from our Tricolor and our Independence.
Eastern Command, Indian Army organized a mega boat race on the Teesta-Mahananda Link Canal in Jalpaiguri's Gajoldoba in commemoration of 75 years of Indian Independence on Friday (Aug 12). Besides the boat race, the audience was treated to an inspiring performance of martial arts by soldiers of the Kripan Division.
As per the reports, the sized explosive includes 8,000 gelatin sticks stacked in 40 boxes. There were around 200 gelatin sticks contained in a single carton.
The IAF organized a tri-services all-women mountaineering expedition to Mt. Manirang (21,625 ft). This comes as a part of the 'Azadi ka Amrit Mohotsav' celebrations.
