It is 22 years after the lower court’s decision that the Delhi High Court has decided to convict 70 out of the 88 convicts in connection to the anti-Sikh riots in 1984. The trial court in Delhi had given the resolution in 1996, convicting 88 out of 107 arrested for rioting, burning houses and curfew violation in Trilokpuri area of East Delhi.
