I was ready for the thrills and chills of a science-based movie with human element of great scientist Sri Nambi Narayanan and great performances. But I had no clue that I will come out of this movie with wet eyes and a heart bowed down with a sense of guilt. Guilt as a citizen of this country that did great injustice to one of its greatest scientists transformed a hero into a villain, stripped him of his dignity, made his family suffer and the nation suffer.

Madhavan said that PM Modi is an even bigger fan of Mr Nambi Narayan than me & one of the first few people he met right after he became PM, following the success of Mangal mission was Dr Nambi Narayanan. He has always been a keen follower of his achievements & Narayanan did get the Padma Bhushan in 2019 right after I started the film.
Madhavan, who has directed, produced and written the film in addition to acting in it, was present at the screening along with Information and Broadcasting Minister Anurag Thakur and Nambi himself.
