Pune, Aug 30: The Modern Education Society's Ness Wadia College of Commerce, Pune, on August 27, 2024 hosted Ms. Surabhi Mittal, Vice President of Human Resources at the Wadia Group, for an insightful session aimed at students and faculty members across various colleges of the Modern Education Society.
In her address, Ms. Mittal emphasized the importance of student involvement in organizing events, highlighting how such activities help in building essential skills, developing confidence, exploring recent industry trends, and providing opportunities to interact with the corporate world. She also introduced the concept of reverse mentoring, suggesting it as a way to create more synergy between students and industry veterans.
