Punish My Rapist! 21-Year-old ‘Drugged & Raped’ by Insta Friend Heetik Shah ; Know his Bollywood connection

In yet another horrific incident raising questions on women's safety, a 21-year-old girl was drugged and raped by the individual, identified as Heetik Shah. The victim claims to have met him on social media. The crime reportedly took place on January 13 in Mumbai's Worli.

 

 

The victim brought the horrible incident to light through her social media account called 'Punish My Rapist' that she specifically made to put light on the crime and demand justice for her.

In a distressing Instagram post narrated as her "most traumatic experience" when she met the accused, Heetik Shah, on the fateful night. As per her, Heetik Shah,and herself planned a night out As per her statement, they first went to a place for drinks and met a couple of his friends there. The duo then left for another restaurant, 'Bastian' , where the woman claimed that she was forced to drink some more by the accused until she encountered a blackout episode.

 

"After some tequila shots, I became intoxicated, feeling anxious and alone at the party. He insisted I drink more, and I had a blackout episode, not recalling what happened next," the woman claimed in the post. The woman also mentioned that she suspected of being "roofied".

 

 

 

She woke up only to findout him raping her. "I woke up to him raping me, and despite my efforts to stop him, he continued and even slapped me three times with intense rage, leaving me scared and intimidated," she recounted the horrific night.

 

The woman claimed that the alleged incident took place at the residence of the accused's friend. The woman further claimed that the accused threatened her for asking for help. Moreover, Shah's friends allegedly physically assaulted her when she tried to defend herself. "I called my cousin to pick me up. Bruised and hurt, I couldn't bring myself to tell my parents about that night," she wrote.

 

Following the incident, family of victim filed a case against the accused. The police booked Heetik under Sections 376 (punishment for rape) and 323 (punishment for voluntarily causing hurt) of the Indian Penal Code. However, he has allegedly fled Mumbai.

 

The accused, however, apologised to her for his behaviour the next morning, the woman said, adding, "His morning apology means nothing to me, and he has absconded because he knows what he has done. 12 days have passed and he hasn't been arrested. He has applied for anticipatory bail.

 

The screenshot of the alleged apology read: "Hi I am genuinely sorry for whatever happened tonight didn't mean to do what happened, the situation got heated up and escalated and I'm really very sorry, I hope we can get over this and leave this behind us, I'm again very apologetic and sorry (sic)"

 

She wrote, "I seek justice and urge other girls to be more wary of who they talk to and go out with." The comments under the Instagram post reveal another devastating truth about how survivors are viewed when they open up about their experience.

 

 

 

Heetik Shah, is a rich brat who has connections with Bollywood. As per the social media reports he is in the friend circle of known criminals like Imtiaz Khatri & S Pancholi. He is best friend of RajveerDhody, who is son of designer Queenie Singh. The rape also happened at Rajveer Dhody's house. Film producer Imitiaz Khatri is reputed of organising drug parties for rich kids/Bollywood kids. It should be noted that Khatri was recently raided by the Narcotic Control Bureau's Special Investigating Team (NCB-SIT).

 

 

 

This is not his first victim. More people are sharing their experiences about the alleged abuser, disclosing that he has a history of repeated offenses since the age of 12 in the comment section of the original post. As per the post, Heetik has history of bullying people and slut shaming girls while he was in school.
