Ahead of the United States' presidential election, the a proud Hindu Indian-American Republican candidate, Vivek R Ramaswamy, has dropped out his name from the race to White House while extending his support to the former POTUS Donald Trump.
He has previously called Trump the “best president of the 21st century" even as he tried to convince Republican voters that they should opt for “fresh legs" and “take our America First agenda to the next level."

The 38-year-old entrepreneur made the announcement on Tuesday after former US President Donald Trump won the Iowa caucus. The biotech entrepreneur said that he is ending his campaign for the Republican nomination after a disappointing finish in Iowa’s leadoff caucuses.
Ramaswamy spoke to reporters and supporters at the Surety Hotel in Des Moines and livestreamed the caucus night press conference. Dozens of supporters thronged the Republican presidential candidate, as seen in the video livestreamed on X, and urged him to keep working for the people. Some of his supporters were visibly emotional and assured him that they would keep supporting him.

Ramaswamy said that he will be headed to New Hampshire later this week where he said he would campaign for Donald Trump and urged his supporters to make sure that he is made the next US president.
Ramaswamy, an Ohio native, born to immigrant parents from Kerala, emerged as one of the unexpected contenders in a Republican field still dominated by Trump's reputation.
