Chaos has been unleashed after the viral video of women being paraded naked and sexually assaulted has shocked the country. Several propagandist narratives are being spread with the aim to spread their political agenda. Amid this, JNU Students' Union President Aishe Ghosh has dragged Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) into Manipur violence.
The leftist shared a post with the caption, "Let my country awake". In the post, one can see a naked woman hanged on a red cross which seems like she is crucified. In front of her is an RSS leader in short pants and a danda in his hand with a short note saying "Hindu Rashtra: A Bottomless Pit of Depravity, Sinking Lower every Day".
The post has gone viral with several netizens condemning Aishe Ghosh's agenda to create enmity amid the chaos and saying that it is unfair to drag RSS in the Manipur violence. Several netizens have asked to report her account.
"What has RSS got to go with any of this? Each and very RSS/ BJP supporter has asked for strongest action against the culprits unlike people like you who have enjoyed the murders of swayamsevaks be it in WB or Kerala or other places. Just because you hate someone doesn't give you the right to spread your agenda to unleash more violence on innocent swayamsevaks," a user said.
It should be noted that Aishe Ghosh was also involved in anti-CAA demonstrations against whom two FIR were also registered. At that time, she has also spoke against abrogation of Article 370 and added a new dimension to the protest against the CAA by raking up the Kashmir issue and linking it with the demonstrations against the citizenship act.
Aishe Ghosh belongs to Jawaharlal Nehru University, where anti-India slogans of “Bharat tere tukde honge inshallah inshallah” and others were raised in 2016. And, it seems like she is also going on the same path. Besides, JNU students also routinely indulge in chanting “Azaadi” slogans.
