B Praak, a singer, has been gaining popularity for his emotional songs all over India. His famous hits also include Teri Mitti, Mann Bharya, etc. Besides singing, he is also widely known for his spirituality and religious beliefs. One such video of him speaking about what it means to worship Hindu gods is going viral on the social media giant, Twitter.
The video is his interview/podcast with the RealHit YouTube channel. In the second season of the RealTalk show, he is seen speaking about what role does spirituality plays in his life.
In the video that went viral, one can listen him saying, "Agar hum kahi jaa rahe hai, gaumata ke paas jaa rahe hai, chara khila rahe hai, Shiv ji ke upar dudh chada rahe hai toh usse karne mein kyu sharam aa rahi hai. Agar wo dikhawa hai toh use jitna kar sakte ho karo. Bada zaroori hai. Shiv Ji Hamare, Dudh Hamara, Paise Hamare, Diye hue unke hai, toh humari marzi hum jo kare?" (If we feed cows, we offer milk to Bhagwan Shiv, then why we hesitate or feel ashamed by it? If it is show off, then do it more. Bhagwan Shiv is ours, Milk is ours, money is ours, He gave us, so do whatever you want".
There were several reactions to his statement by netizens who applauded for his devotion towards Hindu gods.
In the interview, when he was asked to sing Bhajan on Bhagwan Ram-Sita Maa, he removes his shoes and sang the bhajan. He said he doesn't feel good to sing bhajan while wearing shoes. "I don't like when I sing bhajan wearing shoes in any place he sings."
Further, B Praak said that since his family's Kulevta is Shri Krishna, he is visiting Vrindavan for the last 27-28 years and tells the significance of Bhagwan Krishna holds in his life.
Recently, B Praak released a song named "Kya Loge Tum" featuring Akshay Kumar and Amyra Dastur. And, currently, actors Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Shehnaaz Gill are set to star in his upcoming music video named "Yaar Ka Sataya Hua Hai".
