RCB vs MI memes: Mumbai Indians (MI) beat Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) by six wickets in the IPL 2023 on May 9 at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai. With their sixth win in 10 games, MI leapfrogged to third position in the points table.

 

 

 

After being asked to bat first, RCB managed to notch up 199/6 in 20 overs on the back of half-centuries from Glenn Maxwell (68) and Faf du Plessis (65). In reply, MI raced off to 51 in 4.4 overs as Ishan Kishan smashed RCB bowlers all over the park right from the outset. He looked in sublime form as he galloped to 42 runs in just 21 balls and set up a great platform for his side in the steep chase. Wanindu Hasaranga brought RCB back into the game by dismissing both Kishan and Rohit Sharma in the fifth over.

 

However, with Suryakumar Yadav (83 off 35 balls) and Nehal Wadhera (52* off 34 balls), the duo put on a match-winning 140-run partnership.
