Kozhikode, April 28 :It seems like the Pinarayi Vijayan-led communist government has trying to make Kerala a Islamic State. In the latest incident, the Kozhikode Corporation has renamed the Historic Shiva Temple in the Malabar region of Kerala as Markazudaawa.
They are alleging that Public Works Department Minister Mohammad Riyas who is also son in law of Pinarayi Vijayan is behind this decision.

As per the reports, the name of the Tali temple area has been changed, including on Google Maps. A search of google maps shows it as Markasudawa. However, this decision to Islamize the historic Tali temple area has not gone down well with devotees and nearby residents who are strongly opposing the move.
Apart from the Tali temple, the corporation has also planned to rename the other popular Jubilee Hall as Muhammad Abdurahman Sahib Memorial Hall. Additionally, the adjacent park will be named Naushad Park.
