From wanting women on his sets to be 'decently dressed' to abusing his partners, Salman Khan has proved he is a misogynist! Here are a few instances of his misogynistic behaviour-
1. Salman Khan's strict rules on women wearing neckline dress
In an interview with Siddharth Kannan, Palak Tiwari had revealed that before co-starring Salman in Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan, she was an assistant on Salman’s film Antim: The Final Truth. She shared how, on the sets of Antim, there was a rule that Salman had enforced a strict dress-code for all the female crew members. She said, "When I was AD-ing with Salman sir on Antim, Salman sir had a rule: ‘every girl on my set, the neckline should be here, all the girls should be covered, like good proper girls’."
This erupted a controversy. Giving out a clarification, she said, "It’s really been misunderstood. All I wanted to say is that I have put certain guidelines for myself as to how to dress around people who are way senior to me, who have I pretty much grown up idolising. Salman sir is, of course, one of them," she was quoted by ETimes.
2. "Felt like raped woman", Salman Khan during Sultan promotions
At a press conference, Salman Khan was asked to describe his busy shooting schedule for Sultan. For the unversed, Salman and Anushka both played wrestlers for the first time onscreen. Salman once said that Katrina carried any look with style and decency and she didn’t need that kind of an outfit. He was quoted as saying, “Bahut ladkiya thi jinhone ne hardly kuch pehna tha. To theek tha. Jab tak humari ladkiyan decently dressed hain humko koi farak ni padta.”

She wrote, “For the sake of my well-being, my sanity, my dignity and the dignity and self-respect of my family — ENOUGH! I will not work with Mr Salman Khan. The Salman chapter was a nightmare in my life and I am thankful to God that it is over!” In a long statement, she shared that she stood by Salman during his “enduring alcoholism, misbehavior in worse phases and in turn, I was at the receiving end of his abuse (verbal, physical, emotional), infidelity and indignity.” She further called her relationship with the actor “obnoxious experiences which incite washing dirty linen and other dirty truths”
