Do you remember the early 2000s when a sitcom made headlines because of its super hilarious content, Sarabhai v/s Sarabhai? And after 13 years it’s the second season also came. However, this sitcom and its characters are getting viral again. No, its third season is not coming anytime soon. Still, one tweet from Rupali Ganguly, Monisha from this serial and famous Anupama, tweeted recently, and then others from the Sarabhai team joined her and made everyone nostalgic.
“Rupali Ganguly tweeted, “Subah 5 baje good morning honi hai aur abhi tak good night bhi nahi hua. Who is all awake? And what time do u have to be up in the morning?” On which her onscreen husband Sahil Sarabhai, aka Sumeet Raghavan, replied, “Monisha,matkadhar baba ki kripa se mom Twitter pe nahi hai. Varna iss faltu time pass ke liye ek dozen taane maarti thi. Shayad dad ne screenshot nikalke bheja hoga mom ko...narayan narayan …”
On which Rupali again replied, “Toh main ab Manglu Baba se sawa rupaya chadhake mannat mangoongi ( SRK wali nahi asli wali ) ki daddyjee ne meri iss harkat ko ignore kiya ho
PS - waise bhi woh mere team mein hai Mummyjee ke chamche
And then Their Daddy ji, aka Indravadan Sarabhai, aka Satish Shah also joined this clan and replied, “Jo kuchh mai ab tak ignore kar chuka hoon uske saamney yeh toh kuchh bhi nahi Monisha betaa….”
And everyone on Twitter started laughing. If you are a hardcore Sarabhai fan, you will get these references, and you wouldn’t stop yourself from sharing these tweets and being nostalgic.
