Islamabad, Oct 21: In yet another targeted killing of top Pakistan-based terrorist, Dawood Malik, who is close aide of Jaish-E-Mohammad founder Masood Azhar and the founder of Lashkar-e-Jabbar was murdered by unidentified assailants in North Waziristan, Pakistan.
Reports suggest that Malik Dawood was the right hand of India's most wanted terrorist Masood Azhar.
According to the police, Dawood was shot dead by unknown assailants who wearing masks in the Mirali area of North Waziristan, a tribal district of Pakistan on Friday morning. Police said that it was targeted killing who was shot, and died on the spot.
The attack took place while Dawood was at Dr. Khurshid’s clinic, and the assailants fled the scene successfully after the shooting. Police have also said that the body of an unidentified person has also been recovered from Mirali area.
Malik Dawood was a resident of Musaki village and after being shot, he was immediately taken to THQ Hospital Mir Ali, where doctors declared him brought dead.
