3. Timing: A most neglected and vital part of any diet is the timing of the foods. Again it has to be personalized. The same food, eaten at different times of the day has a different effect on your body. So randomly having any food, at any time is not going to give you the full benefit of it. Now after all this, do you think it will keep your B.P normal? Hence before deciding to include any foods in your diet first check if they are easily available, what's its season and whether are they really worth the effort. 5. Quantity: This is the last thing, yet in the top 5 things you should take care of. Now just because, you know that this food is healthy , overeating it is not good. There is a limit to everything. E.g. Vegetables are good. That doesn't mean you should have bowls of salads in each meal. Then it crosses the healthy limit and acts as a toxin. This applies to all the foods. So find the balance in everything.
