"At 4:30 am when she was not in control, the suspect took her to the toilet and there is no explanation of what they did for two hours. The duo are arrested. The FSL team will take them to various places. The duo will be produced in court soon. Seems to be that she died under the influence of this drug," he said.

The Goa Police on Thursday, arrested two aides of Haryana BJP leader Sonali Phogat for their alleged involvement in her murder after a post-mortem revealed that there were "multiple blunt force injuries" on her body.

Goa Police officials also revealed that there were no sharp-edged injuries found on Sonali Phogat's body. The two associates who are accused in the death case of Phogat are Sudhir Sagwan and Sukhwinder Wasi.

Both the accused were named by Phogat's brother Rinku Dhaka in his complaint filed with the Anjuna police on Wednesday. Sagwan and Wasi had accompanied Phogat when she arrived in Goa on August 22.

Phogat was brought dead to St Anthony Hospital at Anjuna in North Goa district on August 23 morning. Doctors had said prima facie she died of a heart attack.
