As per the latest updates from reporters, these CTET and BTET-qualified candidates have now met with stiff action from the police. Near Dakbunglow Crossing of Patna, police have resorted to action against the protestors after they chanted slogans against Bihar's Education Minister.

Taking cognizance of the incident, Amit Malviya, in charge of BJP's National Information & Technology Dept. tweeted, "Nitish Kumar's police, who talked about giving 20 lakh jobs, killed the teacher candidate who was protesting in Patna in an inhuman way. The Bihar government and its officials not only bled the teacher's face but also insulted the tricolor. This is the real face of JDU-RJD government..." Referring to the same incident where police set lathi charge on CTET, and BTET protestors, Congress spokesperson Asit Nath Tiwari also resented the action.

He mentioned that the imagery that has come forward is cruel, especially where someone with Tiranga in their hand is protesting and is being met with lathi charge. He mentioned that after studying for years, it is bound for the youth to ask for employment. He further also asked for action against the person responsible for this lathi charge.
