The pandemic had largely affected the pilgrimage during the last year. However, registration for Haj 2022 were started in Nov 2021, and were accepted until the end of Jan, this year. The dates for Hajj are not yet announced as well as there is no confirmation regarding the number of pilgrims who will allowed to visit Saudi Arabia for the pilgrimage.

The Saudi Arabian authorities responsible for Haj 2022, continue to delay the final quota announcement for Indian pilgrims aspiring to perform the holy pilgrimage for the present year, that is leading to growing anxiousness among the pilgrims.
