It seems like actor Aamir Khan hasn't learned his lesson after the Laal Singh Chhaddha controversy. He is in a tight spot for mocking Hindu traditions AGAIN. This came after Aamir Khan and Kiara Advani's brand new advertisement for the famous bank, AU Bank has been on the receiving end of hate on social media.

AU Bank’s ad, starring Aamir Khan and Kiara Advani attack Hindu traditions
On October 3, 2022, AU Bank India took to their official Instagram handle and shared the video of its brand-new commercial. In the advertisement, we can see Kiara Advani and Aamir Khan all decked up in their respective wedding outfits. Both of them can be seen chatting in a car after the vidaai ceremony. However, the twist was the fact that it was not Kiara, but Aamir, who decided to become a Ghar Jamai.
“Why should traditions that have continued for centuries continue to do so? That’s why we question every banking tradition. So that you get the best service,” says Aamir as the video concludes. If one sees the video, it is actually not wrong if the groom moves to the bride’s house to help her with her ailing father. But why should one use the Hindu traditions to promote it? Why it is always the Hindu Dharma that is used to satisfy the needs? The same question has been asked by the netizens.

Speaking on the issue, director of The Kashmir Files, Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri took to twitter to question the ad rolled out by the bank featuring actors Aamir Khan and Kiara Advani. Agnihotri tweeted, “I just fail to understand since when banks have become responsible for changing social and religious traditions? I think @aubankindia should do activism by changing the corrupt banking system. Aisi bakwaas karte hain fir kehte hain Hindus are trolling. Idiots.”
Aamir has been facing criticism on social media for his performances, his choice of movies, his old statements in the media and his appearances in public for mocking Hindu Dharma and traditions repeatedly.
