9 year old tribal girl molested, murdered in Hyderabad; No arrests so far; SCRPS writes to NCPCR

Hyderabad, March 30: Forgetting is difficult... Remembering it is even worse! This is with every victim and family who have to go through physical violence and the followed pretended justice respectively. In yet another such incident, a heartbreaking news of a 9-year-old tribal girl being raped and murdered has emerged from Hyderabad.

 

Although the incident occurred on March 23, no arrests have been made so far. The parents of the minor girl have alleged that they suspect the hand of their neighbor Sheikh Mastan Vali’s hand in the crime. The SC Reservation Parirakshana Samiti has put out a video where the girl’s mother says, "The sniffer dog proceeded towards the gate of their neighbor after smelling the victim’s house. However, the police dragged the dog away".

 

 

The SC Reservation Parirakshana Samiti has however filed a complaint to National Commission for Protection of Child Rights to look into the incident. "We request your good self to look into the matter and take necessary action immediately to bestow justice to the poor minor victim’s parents for such an atrocity and death of their innocent daughter", the letter to NCPCR read.

 

 

 

As per the available media reports, parents of the deceased minor girl are daily laborers and on March 23, they went out for their work as usual. When they returned home in the afternoon they were shocked to find their daughter lying dead in their hut. In the scenario, her parents suspected that their daughter was sexually abused and murdered but not committed suicide.

 

 

 

 

A YouTube News Channel named ‘RNB News Hyderabad’ telecasted a video byte of the mother of the deceased minor girl (uploaded on 28th March 2021) in which she told the media that she lodged a complaint about the same with the police. They rushed to the stop where the incident took place and shifted the victim’s body to Osmania Hospital for postmortem, after which the victim’s body was handed over to the parents.

 

 

Mother of the victim decries that her 9-year old daughter was not even familiar with the concept of suicide and alleges that some miscreants murdered her daughter and made it look like a suicide. Meanwhile, father of the girl expressed his strong suspicion over his neighbor Shaik Mastan Vali (20), the first person to see the victim hanging. He also alleged in his second written complaint to the police dated March 28 that Shaik Mastan Vali has raped and killed his daughter.
