Christian Rashtriya Manch holds X-mas celebrations

New Delhi, Dec 18: Jesus Christ came to spread the message of love and peace to the entire humanity and not just to a section of the people. It is therefore, necessary for all of us to follow his ideals and spread the fragrance of his teachings in the world around us.

This was the message that emanated from the speeches and exhortations of prominent speakers on the occasion of Christmas celebrations held at the Ashoka Hotel in New Delhi on December 16.

Besides the presence of Indresh Kumar, Patron and Guide of Christian Rashtriya Manch, the program was attended by various archbishops, bishops, spiritual scholars and ambassadors from different nations.

George Kurian, Vice-Chairman of the National Commission for Minorities (NCM), Bishop Mar Barnabas, Bishop Jivan Roy, Spiritual Scholars S K Narayanan, and Shekhar Kalyanpur and others were also prominently present.

The program was graced by the presence of Ambassadors of Macedonia, Nigeria, Deputy Ambassador of Bosnia, Political Affairs Secretary of Israel, Counsellor of Russia, Minister of European Union Kirghizstan cultural team and other dignitaries from nearly 23 countries.

This was the second such program. Last year the Christmas celebration program was held under the aegis of Christian Rashtriya Manch at New Delhi on the same date.
