Amputee mountaineer Arunima Sinha flags India on Antartica’s Mount Vinson setting a world record upright

New Delhi, January 4:  Being both valiant and strong is a combination, very few master and buoyantly, the Indian female origin Arunima Sinha have proved it precise. The Indian mountaineer, being the first woman amputee of world to scale the Mount Vinson, the highest peak of Antartica have set a world record upright. It is earlier in year 2013 that the lady had marked herself as the world’s first woman amputee to climb Mount Everest.
Sinha, using the social media, shared her success saying, “The wait is over we are glad to share with you The World record World's 1st woman amputee who climbed Mount Vinson (highest peak of Antarctica) has become to the name of our country India. Thanks to all for their blessings and pray Jai Hind..!”
Arunima Sinha, a national level volleyball player who was pushed from a running train by some robbers in 2011 while she was resisting them, aims to climb all the  highest peaks of the continents and hoist the national flag of India. But the train accident compelled her to ampute her natural walker. Despite this, she has already climbed six peaks constituting Everest in Asia, Kilimanjaro in Africa, Elbrus in Europe, Kosciuszko in Australia, Aconcagua in Argentina and Carstensz Pyramid Puncak Jaya in Indonesia.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi congratulated her saying, “Arunima has scaled new heights of success. She is the pride of India, who has distinguished herself through her hardwork and perseverance. Wishing her the very best for her future endeavours.”, to which Arunima responded promptly asserting, “It's natural, when the PM of country is so much dedicated. We as a citizen Dream to take country's name to new height in our respective fields. On behalf of Indian Players We express gratitude for the work, policies and respect made to us.”
Meanwhile the Madhya Pradesh CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan toasted the news tweeting, “Mount Vinson, the highest peak of Antarctica, have bowed down in front of the courage of country's daughter. You have enhanced the pride of India by making your name in the world record. Daughters grow, the country will grow. My best wishes!”
