New Delhi, May 7: Refuting all the media talks about her alleged proposed wedlock with Congress President Rahul Gandhi, Congress Lawmaker from UP Aditi Singh stated that detractors are deliberately fuelling information in order to weaken the prospects of Congress in Karnataka assembly election. As quoted by Times of India, Singh, who represents the Rae Bareli Sadar segment said that her family shares a good relationship with Gandhi family.

Expressing displeasure over the development, the 30-year old MLA termed social media posts as an attempt to malign her image in public domain. She further added that Rahul Gandhi is like her elder brother. The Rae Bareli Sadar MLA is the daughter of veteran Congress leader and Ex-MLA Akhilesh Singh.
