Bhopal, March 30: Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that a state-wide campaign will be launched from April 1-14 for registration of unorganized labourers. Also, Pucca houses will be constructed for the all labourers registered under Chief Minister’s Unorganized Labourer Welfare Scheme by year 2022.
He said that landholder labourers with less than 2.5 acre land can also get registered under the Chief Minister’s Unorganized Labourer Welfare Scheme on the condition that they are not income tax payees. He said that the labourers registered under this scheme will be benefitted under various schemes of the state government.
Chouhan distributed 10 thousand 313 land ownership pattas, 1856 non-intrusive land ownership certificates and pattas of ownership rights to 200 residents of Bangla Bagicha.
He said that Rs 1735 per quintal has been decided as the support price of wheat, Rs 265 per quintal will be given to all farmers who sell wheat by the Madhya Pradesh government. He said that Rs 200 per quintal will be given to those farmers also who sold their wheat on support price last year.
CM Chouhan laid the foundation and dedicated 18 development and construction works worth Rs 212 crore 72 lakhs at the Antyodaya fair. He also dedicated the scheme for providing free power connection to cent percent houses belonging to poor families under Soubhagya Yojana in Neemuch.
