New Delhi, December 14: Questioning the allegations against the Prime Minister Narendra Modi on the issue of Violation of the model code of conduct, senior Constitution expert Subhash Kashyap mentioned that objection raised by Congress party does not any substance.
Speaking to the media, Kashyap stated that PM Modi did not utter a single word for his party. When asked about the public greeting after casting his vote at ranip area, former Lok Sabha Secretary-General maintained that mere showing inked finger does not indicate the defilement of code of conduct. He termed it as the gesture underlining the importance of voting in the democratic setup.
