Senior Cop M Ravi Prakash rejects third party intervention for Polavaram compensation

West Godavari, Nov 28: Clarifying on the issue of Polavaram compensation policy, Superintendent of Police M Ravi Prakash urged displaced people not to believe on false claims offered by middlemen.
Addressing the Grievance Redressal programme Mee Kosam, the senior officer stated that state government would transfer all the benefits and monetary compensation directly to the account of beneficiaries as per the policy of Rehabilitation and Resettlement adopted by Andhra government.
The West Godavari SP underlined that some mischievous elements were spreading untrue information about the Rehabilitation and Resettlement package officered by the state government. Prakash urged beneficiaries to be vocal about the illegal actions which are driven by middlemen.
