Addressing a public rally in Saharanpur, Prime Minister Narendra Modi remarked, "...The manifesto released by Congress yesterday mirrors the ideology reminiscent of the Muslim League during the independence era. It distinctly carries the influence of the Muslim League, with the remainder dominated by leftist ideologies..."

From the platform in Saharanpur, PM Modi launched a scathing attack on the opposition, including Congress, SP, and the Indian Alliance. "They are dying to be back in power. This is the first election I have seen where the Opposition is not trying to win...They are only trying to stop BJP from crossing 370 seats," PM Modi added.

PM Modi asserted that the BJP has always prioritized principles and resolutions over political gains. For the BJP, the welfare of the poor isn't just an electoral promise but a mission. "While the opposition focuses on commissions, the BJP is committed to its mission of uplifting the poor. The BJP has provided permanent housing, toilets, electricity connections, and free ration to the poor, with a guarantee of continued support for the next five years," he said.

PM Modi reaffirmed his determination to combat corruption and ensure swift action. He urged people to surpass their previous voting records and encouraged them to greet each other door-to-door.

PM Modi said that BJP works on national policy and not politics. "The nation comes first for the BJP. The BJP's aim is everyone's support and everyone's development," he said. Praising the government, he said: "Today India's name is being heard all over the world. India is being praised all over the world. Due to the power of 140 crore votes of the country, Modi's voice is ringing in the world."

PM Modi further said, "This is the place of Maa Shakti, this is the place of worship of Maa Shakti. We are a country which never ignores the worship of Shakti. But, it is the misfortune of the country that the people of the INDI alliance are openly challenging that their fight is against power."
