The nation, actually the whole world, is eagerly anticipating the Ram Mandir inauguration and Pran Prathistha of Ram Lalla in Ayodhya. Rallies are going on with chants of Jai Shri Ram being shouted aloud, devotees singing bhajans and several programs being organized across the globe. Amidst this, we can see that there is a certain kind of awareness being spread among the citizens, especially the youth who are walking towards Ram Rajya and following the ideals of Prabhu Shri Ram. But why such awareness is important in Indian society, especially given controversies like Pakistani cricketer Shoaib Malik getting married for the third time?

You might feel weird as to why these two instances are being connected. Here is why-
There are two different schools of thought and these two thoughts have a huge impact on Indian society because religious philosophies play a significant role in deciding societal norms in the nation.
But how?
Let us take two precedents, that of Prabhu Shri Ram and Mughal ruler Aurangzeb. Although we don't want to compare them, to understand beliefs, it is important to do so.

BJP leader Sudhanshu Trivedi had shared in an interaction that Raja Dashrath had four sons - Prabhu Shri Ram, Bharata, Lakshmana, and Shatrughna - Shahjahan also had four sons - Shuja, Murad, Dara, and Aurangzeb. While Bharata kept Prabhu Shri Ram's paduka (sandals) on his throne while he was in Vanvaas and ruled as a regent for the period of Prabhu Shri Ram's exile, Aurangzeb killed all his three brothers Dara, Shuja, and Murad one by one and presented the head of Dara Shikoh's head to his father. While Prabhu Shri Ram followed his father's order to go to Vanvas for 14 years to fulfill his wishes, Aurangzeb imprisoned his father and presented the head of his son to him. Similarly, there are several differences between them and these are a few of them.

So, what happens when you follow Islam, the product that comes out of it is Shoaib Malik. The marriage of former Pakistani cricketer Shoaib Malik with actress Sana Javed came when there was no official confirmation regarding whether he had divorced his second wife and Indian tennis star Sania Mirza or not. Notably, Shoaib Malik has married for the third time. Shoaib's first marriage was with Ayesha Siddiqui, leading to a divorce on April 7, 2010, after which he tied the knot with Sania Mirza on April 12, 2010.

This sets an example of 'Love Jihad' which is a worrying trend observed on the rise in India. People have misunderstood the Love Jihad in which non-Muslim women are converted through romantic relationships, most likely a trap, with Muslim men. It is misunderstood and extends beyond just interfaith relationships involving Hindu and Muslim individuals. And this example of Shoaib Malik also speaks about it. It brings out the truth that Love Jihad is not about Hindus -Muslims but about absurd rituals and culture, sexually objectifying and commodifying women in Islam.

It asserts that the concept of Love Jihad can diminish the status of successful women, reducing them to the role of a mere second wife in the eyes of an average man from a particular community. The concern raised is not only about interfaith relationships but also about the broader implications for women who may face societal pressure to conform to certain cultural norms and roles.

So it is up to you what you want to choose!
