As per the report, Gandhi was expected to address the Opposition's No-Confidence Motion against the ruling BJP-led government over the Manipur issue, however, Gandhi's speech took an unexpected turn as he delved into topics ranging from the 'Bharat Jodo Yatra' to the Adani issue.
