Washington, Jul 27: The Deputy Spokesperson of US State Department Vedant Patel reacted to the viral video of Manipur women which has left the nation in sheer shock. The US Spokesperson said it was "shocking and horrifying" while adding that US supported Indian Government’s efforts to seek justice for the women.

In the shocking video of an incident that had actually taken place in May but was made viral recently, while the North Eastern state was in chaos, two women were seen being paraded naked, who were also allegedly molested by a group of men on May 4.
