What is more shocking is that after the accident the minister doesn't even stop to check. The incident was captured on a CCTV camera. The incident took place at Pulamon Junction.
 
The entire incident that was caught on surveillance cameras has surfaced online. The video clip shows the escort vehicle coming from another direction at a high speed and ramming into the ambulance, causing it to overturn. The police vehicle can also be seen hitting a motorcycle. What do laws say?
 
The 2019 amendment of the Motor Vehicles Act, of 1988 brought in the provision for punishment for obstructing emergency vehicles, so under section 194E, obstructing an ambulance is punishable with imprisonment for six months and a fine up to 10 thousand rupees.
