Further, he also introduced the Congress leader to the Cambridge MBA student audience as a member of a "long lineage of global leaders".

According to Munir's old tweets, he has passed comments on human rights violation in Kashmir. In one of his tweets dated August 10, 2019, he says, "Eid Mubarak everyone but particularly to those under siege in Kashmir on Eid Al Adha Day"
 
 
Slamming Rahul Gandhi, BJP spokesperson Shehzad Poonawalla said, "Not only was Rahul Gandhi demanding foreign intervention into India & attacking our sovereignty on foreign soil but look at this now!
