Illegal Land grabbing & illegal Masjid construction are now used as a weapon and tools for the conversion & spreading of Islam across India by force. Illegal Majars are often constructed followed by developing it into a Masjid is the favorite tool of radical Islamists for spreading Islam & convert people.

This tactic is often employed as a tool of illegal land grabbing by members of the MUSLIM community to forcibly occupy forests, govt lands sometimes even National highways & railway tracks endangering the lives of commuters on a day-to-day basis.



The modus operandi is widely seen now in almost all places of India recently in Uttarakhand where 26 illegal Majars in Forest land were demolished by Bulldozers by Uttarakhand Govt as reported by Panchjanya.com.

But this time, One such case has come to light in which an illegal masjid is constructed encroaching over Odisha’s NH16 Highway at Bhanapur, Gopalpur, Cuttack Infront of Cuttack Sadar Police Station.

The masjid's land area which started as a small majar is now encroaching over highway NH16 & any general commuter riding a bike/car can easily meet with an accident if he/ she is not familiar with the road’s curves.

Now as per the latest information, a Hindu legal group Kalinga Rights Forum has filed a complaint with the Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt of INDIA’s IS Division-I & Ministry of Road Transport & Highways & has demanded for its demolition/ removal to a safer location.



The Legal group Kalinga Rights Forum has cited the exact location of the illegal construction as well as explained how the illegal masjid malicious construction poses a grave threat to the life of general commuters riding bike/car and can easily meet with an accident if he/ she is not familiar with the road since the masjid building area encroaches directly on the national highway.

Such illegal constructions can never happen in front of Cuttack Sadar Police station, without the close collusion of local authorities with the Islamists.

Now the question arises, will Odisha Govt & Odisha Police demolish the masjid which is posing grave threat to the lives of daily commuters, or appease Muslims furthering their muslim appeasement agenda like TMC Govt in West Bengal? Only time will tell.
