Under the brand name Merlinhawk Composites and Engineering Private Limited, the partnership will be dedicated to the research and production of advanced composite material products for use in the aerospace and defense sectors. This alliance seeks to harness the growing demand for advanced composites in India and establish the country as a leading global destination for composite production.

 

According to a press release, the joint venture aims to achieve the following objectives:

• Tap into India’s expanding market for advanced composites in aerospace and defense applications.
• Develop design expertise in advanced composites manufacturing in India.
• Transfer manufacturing know-how from Vega Composites to India, fostering technological advancement.
