Wokesim and LGBTQ: Destroying Young Minds

The Woke ideologies have infiltrated the education sector in the US, UK, Canada, and some European countries. The public schools in the US have been teaching sexual orientation, LGBTQ issues, and Critical Race Theory to children as young as 5 years. The curriculum includes material showcasing sexual acts between homosexuals. Consider this. Two “Children’s” books named “I am Jazz” by Jessica Herthel and Jazz Jennings and “My Princess Boy” by Cheryl Kilodavis, for children aged between 4-8 years, contain the following :

• The main character Jazz says, “I have a girl brain, but a boy body”.
  
  
• The parents take Jazz to a doctor who introduces the word ‘transgender’ to them.
  
  
• It says that sometimes people get confused with sex and gender. The gender is much more than the body you are born with.
  
  
• The book also includes terms like genderqueer, non-binary, cis-gender, two-spirit, etc.
  
  
• The Princess Boy, four years old loves to dress like a girl.

Other children’s books for the age of 3-10 years like “Our Skin – A First Conversation About Race” by Megan Madison & Jessica Ralli, “Not My Idea – A Book About Whiteness” by Anastasia Higginbotham, and “Anti-racist Baby” by Ibram X. Kendi & Ashley Lukashevsky speak about skin color, racism and how the Whites are oppressors etc.

Looking at all this, we can see how young innocent kids are indoctrinated and confused about their genders. Pictorial depictions of sexual acts at such a young age and teaching them about racism have a dangerous effect on the minds of these children. Parents in the US nowadays are surprised when their child has been taught mathematics and science instead of all these Woke things. To top it up, there have also been instances of Drag Shows (sexually suggestive singing and dancing performed by gays/lesbians) being organized in the classrooms and children have been made to walk in an LGBTQ Pride Parade in schools holding Pride Flags.

When these things became known to the parents, they started protesting against all this. In 2022, the Florida state passed the Parental Rights in Education Act which prohibits classroom discussions/instructions/teaching about sexual orientation or gender identity from all grades except sex education regarding health and reproductive organs. This opposition has gained momentum and at least 20 states have introduced similar legislation to curb the menace of Wokeism.

In Bharat, similar mischief was attempted in 2021, when the training manual of NCERT contained Woke topics like gender-neutral toilets in schools, gender pronouns, etc. The manual was later taken down after vehement opposition from legal rights organizations and the public at large.

As said earlier, these Woke ideas have already infiltrated the young innocent minds in the US, UK, Canada and some European countries. It is indoctrinating children with ideas that would make them constant victimhood champions, confusing them with pseudo-science, and creating divisions on racial/ethnic/religious lines. The ultimate aim of these Woke ideas is to create this kind of a brainwashed regimented generation, devoid of culture and love for the country thereby creating anarchy and enabling violence. It is happening in the West and, has been attempted in public schools and being taught in some private institutions in Bharat.

It is the duty of the parents to ask their children about the topics taught in their schools. Any instance of indoctrination should be opposed in a timely manner by the parents. Bharat is known to be a copy master of the West in almost every aspect of life. If we want to save our future minds from destruction, we need to be cautious.
