When security authorities stopped a vehicle near Nachana Phante in Pokhran, the operation began. Upon investigation, the car was discovered to include 91 new Army uniforms, as well as helmets, shoes, belts, gloves, and other military gear. The passengers in the car, all Rajasthan natives, were on their way to Jaisalmer with the seized products, which they had allegedly obtained from businesses in Suratgarh.

Their voyage was unexpectedly cut short when they were apprehended by the Army. The white Alto vehicle that was utilized for transporting was also seized.

It should be noted that the sale of Army uniforms is legally forbidden. As a result, Army Intelligence units from Suratgarh and Ganganagar, together with a team from Jaisalmer, have initiated an extensive inquiry into the incident. The investigation's key goals are to discover the provenance of these uniforms, the source from which they were obtained, and the site of their fabrication.

Among the things discovered were 91 sets of new Army pattern uniforms, eight Kargil check uniforms, 46 Army t-shirts, four Army shaving kits, 30 pairs of socks, shoes, five combat hats, and 25 belts.

Following the initial round of interrogation, the Intelligence Unit turned over the four suspects and the impounded car to Nachana Police. The local police are now undertaking their own investigations to learn more about this illicit possession.

The discovered Army uniforms and related equipment are still being held by the Intelligence Unit pending further investigation. This action demonstrates the Indian Army's dedication to preserving the integrity of its uniforms and equipment while also safeguarding the safety of its people and operations.
