On Twitter, one-word tweets have surfaced online and created a massive buzz on the social media giant. Numerous businesses and organizations have joined the one-word tweet trend leaving the netizens about where it originated from.
The trend left Twitterati confused and bewildered about what it was all about and who was behind it. “Why is my Twitter feed suddenly just one-word tweets?” posted a Twitter user sounding puzzled.
According to reports, it seems to have begun with Amtrak posting a tweet saying "trains". Soon after the tweet, it took the internet by storm with numerous other organisations tweeting in a similar manner.
From Sachin Tendulkar to NASA to US President Joe Biden, the list of artists and organisations joining the trend has been increasing by leaps and bounds. The latest one to join the trend is External Affairs Minister Dr S Jaishankar.
