New Delhi, Jun 30: The barbaric murder of Kanhaiya Lal, a tailor from Udaipur in Rajasthan at the hands of Idslamic Jihadists a couple of days ago has come under severe condemnation from across the globe.
Geert Wilders, Member of Parliament of Netherlands had strongly condemned the gruesome murder of Kanhaiya Lal by the Islamic Jihadist for supporting Nupur Sharma's remarks on the Prophet.
Kanhaiya Lal, a tailor in Udaipur had earlier sought the protection from the police as he had received threats to his life. But the police did not take sufficient action instead asked him to patch up with those who threatened him. This resulted in his gruesome killing of the tailor.
This horrific and barbaric murder of this tailor has shocked the entire country to the core and many Muslim and Hindu organizations have come in with strong condemnation of the incident. With Dutch MP's condemnation has given it the international dimension.
Geert Wilder had earlier supported Nupur Sharma, the former spokesperson of the BJP for her remarks on the Prophet. Nupur Sharma had since been suspended from the BJP for such remarks.
Coming out in the open to criticize this killing of Udaipur tailor, the Dutch MP said in a tweeter message that "India needs to stop being tolerant to intolerance and defend Hinduism against extremism".

His twitter message read: "Please India as a friend I tell you: stop being tolerant to the intolerant. Defend Hinduism against the extremists, terrorists, and jihadists. Don’t appease Islam, for it will cost you dearly. Hindus deserve leaders that protect them for the full 100%.”
Wilder, who is a far-right leader from the Netherlands, also tweeted, “Hindus should be safe in India. It is their country, their homeland, it’s theirs! India is no Islamic nation.”

Following the killing of Sahu, massive protests erupted in Rajasthan against the government and the police. Kanhaiya Lal was reportedly killed by the Muslim men for uploading a Facebook post that supported former BJP spokesperson Nupur Sharma.
