Kulgam, June 2: In yet another attack on Hindus in Jammu and Kashmir, the Islamist terrorists have killed a bank manager in Kulgam of South Kashmir. The brutal attack took place in Arreh area of the district. The bank manager named Vijay Kumar hails from Rajasthan and was the manager of Elaqahi Dehati Bank’s branch in Kulgam.

 

 

He was critically injured and rushed to the hospital. However, he succumbed to injuries. This comes in the backdrop of the recent killings of Kashmiri Hindus in Jammu and Kashmir. Kashmiri Pandits are holding protests in Srinagar against the killings by terrorists.

 

 

This is the third terrorist attack that took place in the last 24 hours in Kashmir Valley. On Wednesday evening, terrorists shot at a civilian Farooq Ahmed Sheikh, who is undergoing treatment at district hospital Pulwama. On Thursday morning, three soldiers got injured in a grenade explosion in a vehicle in the Shopian district of J&K, they have been hospitalized where the condition of one soldier is stated to b critical. Agencies are on the job to hunt down the terrorists. 

 

 

A 36-year-old migrant Kashmiri Pandit and high school teacher Rajni Bala was shot dead by terrorists in the Kulgam district of Jammu and Kashmir on Tuesday. Earlier this month, two civilians - including Kashmiri Pandit employee Rahul Bhat -- and three off-duty policemen were killed in Kashmir by the terrorists.
