Itanagar, May 21: Union Home Minister Amit Shah is currently on his two day visit to the North Eastern state of Arunachal Pradesh. On Saturday (May 21), he visited Ramakrishna Mission Ashram in Nirottam nagar in Tirap district, Arunachal Pradesh.
Home Minister Amit Shah during his visit to the Ramakrishna Mission Ashram in Arunachal, was accompanied by Union Law Minister Kiran Rijiju. Home Minister Shah was attending the Golden jubilee celebration of the Ramakrishna Mission Ashram in the North Eastern state. Later on his visit, he will also be attending various programmes and inaugurate many developmental projects in Arunachal Pradesh.
Home Minister took it to twitter about the Golden jubilee celebration and said, "Ramakrishna Mission Ashram is the main center of spiritual and cultural consciousness for the entire nation. Addressing the Golden Jubilee Celebrations of Ramakrishna Mission Ashram (Narottam Nagar) at Tirap, Arunachal Pradesh." He shares through an earlier tweet, "The thoughts of Swami Vivekananda ji, a unique symbol of nationalism and infinite knowledge, are an unbroken source of inspiration for us, who will continue to guide the country for ages. Today the statue of Swami Vivekananda was unveiled at Ramakrishna Mission Ashram (Narottam Nagar)."
During his two day visit to Arunachal, Home Minister Amit Shah will attend public events, inaugurate various development projects and interact with the personnal of Indo Tibetan Border Police (ITBP), Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB); the Central Armed Police Force (CAPF) under Home ministry. Besides, on a special note, Amit Shah will also be laying the foundation stone of 51 feet bronze statue of Bhagawan Parashuram and Parashuram Kund in Arunachal's Lohit.
