Communal tension prevails now in K'taka! Miscreants pelted stones at Sri Ram Shobha Yatra in Mulbagal

Bengaluru, April 09: After the incident of the Hindu procession that took place in Karaul, Rajasthan, a similar kind of incident took place in Karnataka. As per the reports, some miscreants pelted stones at devotees who participated in the Sri Ram Shobha Yatra was being taken out ahead of Ram Navmi on Sunday.
 
Following the incident, communal tension prevailed at Mulbagal in the Kolar district on Friday.

When it reached Srinivasapura Circle, some miscreants threw stones, and some in the procession retaliated, leading to chaos. They also attacked the cars, shops, and vehicle riders, and torched a motorcycle. Adding to this, there was a power cut, which created tension and triggered concerns.
 
 
 
Following the incident, additional forces have been deployed in the town to prevent any further untoward incidents. Police are further investigating the case to identify others involved in this case of communal violence.
