In the video that the Al Qaeda has recently released, Zawahiri has recited a poem praising Muskan. While Zawahiri praises Muskan, he is seen connecting India's hijab issue with an environment provided to Muslims in India that he perceives as unjust and equivalent to slavery. In the video, through the poetic speech that he has made, he also refers to Muskan as a warrior of Islam. He fails not to mention the places of Jerusalem and Kashmir regarding the issue, to instill sentimental provocation about the issue beyond the territorial sphere of influence of the 'Hijab issue'.

Zawahiri states, "Her (Muskan's) takbeers (refers to her slogans "Allahu Akbar") inspired me to write a few words of poetry in spite of the fact that I am not a poet. I hope that our honorable sister accepts this gift of words from me."
