Kerala police arrests four PFI activists involved in the murder of RSS leader Sreenivasan

As per the reports two of them are directly involved in the murder, while the other two are involved in the conspiracy. The four arrested people have been identified as Abdul Rehman, Firoz, Basile, and Rishil.

Palakkad, April 27: In a major breakthrough in the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) worker Sreenivasan's murder case, the Kerala police arrested four workers of the Popular Front of India (PFI) and the Social Democratic Party of India (SDPI) in connection with the murder. So far, Kerala police have arrested nine PFI and SDPI workers in connection with the murder of RSS worker Sreenivasan in Palakkad.

As per the reports two of them are directly involved in the murder, while the other two are involved in the conspiracy. The four arrested people have been identified as Abdul Rehman, Firoz, Basile, and Rishil.
 
All arrested are SDPI-PFI workers. Abdul Rehman and Firoz are directly involved in the murder, said police. With the arrest of four persons today, a total of 13 persons have been arrested in connection with the case.
 
 
SK Sreenivasan, a former district leader and office-bearer of RSS, was attacked by a six-member gang at his automobile shop in Melamury in Palakkad on April 16, barely 24 hours after Subair, a popular front worker was hacked to death at Elappully in the district.
 
 
Police had formed special investigation teams to probe two cases and ADGP law and order is heading the teams.
