New Delhi, Mar 30: Taking another major decision and giving a major blow to the Gandhi Family, the Central government has decided to renamed the Nehru Museum. As per the announcement now the museum will be known as PM Museum.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to inaugurate it on Ambedkar Jayanti, 14 April.
Reports suggest that the decision was taken during a meeting chaired by PM Modi. National BJP president JP Nadda, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, and Home Minister Amit Shah were among the top party leaders who attended the Parliamentary party meeting at the Ambedkar Centre in New Delhi.
PM Modi-led government took these steps to recognize the contributions of 14 former prime ministers. The Museum will display the works of all the previous Prime Ministers of India. PM Modi stated during the meeting that his government has ensured that the contributions of all Prime Ministers are recognized.
Apart from it, a series of programs have been organised by the BJP from April 6 which marks the foundation day of the party to April 14, the day that marks the birth anniversary of BR Ambedkar.
