Islamabad, Mar 22: Pakistan and Hypocrisy are two sides on the coin, proving that line Pakistan’s Imran Khan once again raked up the Kashmir and Palestine issue at the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), while turned deaf on China's mass imprisonment of Uyghur Muslims. It should be noted that Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi also attended the 48th session of the CFM-OIC.

While speaking about the need to tackle “Islamophobia”, Khan attempted to equate the Palestine crisis with the Kashmir issue, the Dawn newspaper reported."Honourable Foreign Ministers, we have failed both Palestinians and the people of Kashmir," he said.

Without offering any evidence, he alleged that India “was changing the demography” of Kashmir, which he termed as a “war crime”. Referring to India's decision to revoke temporary special status for Kashmir in August 2019, he said "nothing happened because they (India) feel no pressure."

At that point, Imran Khan also admitted that OIC has no impact and is not taken seriously by others. He added, "I am sad to say we have been able to make no impact at all. They don’t take us seriously. We are DIVIDE HOUSE and those powers know it."

However, OIC, which is also attended by Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi, remained mum on China's mass imprisonment of Uyghur Muslims. His remarks come at a time when a political storm is brewing in his backyard, with the opposition parties uniting to throw him out of power.
