The Kashmir Files is gaining major attention from the public. Thanks to Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri, the director who fearlessly decided to make this most-hard hitting on the Kashmiri Pandits genocide. The director had also released a movie called "The Tashkent Files" depicting the mysterious death of India's second prime minister, Lal Bahadur Shastri that resulted in launching a probe into the conspiracy of it being an assassination.

 

 

Now, netizens are demanding a movie on the truth behind the partition of Bharat. This generation knows nothing about the biggest holocaust & mass migration in the world, the #1947HorrorsOfPartition. At that time, every 4th person in Delhi was a ‘refugee’ in his own land & not one family remained intact.

 

Generations before there were zamindaars at Rasul Mandi in Pakistan, around where King Pourva fought Alexander. A mob of Islamic Jihadists used to brutally harass the Hindus who were begging for their safety in their own country.

 

 

They had the option to either die at their hand or convert. Women Hindus used to suffer Muslim atrocities. They were forced to kill their own entire family, especially the women. They had to slit the throats of their family members including their mother.

 

Similarly, there are many heart-wrenching sagas about the horrors of 1947 Partition that should be uncovered. Millions of people were killed and between 10-20 million displaced. They lost everything overnight. They were uprooted and forced to become penniless refugees in their own motherland, hundreds of miles from what had been home for generations.

 

PM Narendra Modi in August 2021, had taken a decision to declare that the 14 of August annually will be remembered as Partition Horrors Remembrance Day to remind the nation of the sufferings and sacrifices of Indians during the partition in 1947.

 

He had said, "Partitions pains can never be forgotten. Millions of our sisters and brothers were displaced and many lost their lives due to mindless hate and violence. In memory of the struggles and sacrifices of our people, 14th August will be observed as Partition Horrors Remembrance Day, May the Partition Horrors Remembrance Day keep reminding us of the need to remove the poison of social divisions, disharmony and further strengthen the spirit of oneness, social harmony and human empowerment."
