Are Younger looks really important?
Real younger looks come with physical fitness or mere facial management with costly cosmetics will do?
I am sure you know what is the answer? Yes, they do and they do matter in social and official circles both. Reason is very simple, if you cannot manage your looks, how can you manage your commitments? It creates first impression and that is critical in todays busy environment where you get just a minute to impress someone.
Let me share my story of " fitness and looks" in the family, in the right perspective so that we you take right resolutions in the new year.
One video was circulating in the social media, mentioning about 10 mini exercises. Instructions were- if you are above sixty -do one set of 10 each. If you are fifty plus-do one set of 15 each, if you are 40 plus you can do two sets of 10 each, and if you are 30 plus- you can do two sets of 15 each.
Please note all these are mini exercises are without weights.
I started doing .
My wife told me" Forget your Army days? just do one set of 10 each , do not overstretch yourself , in any case you look to be above sixty “
I protested that I am just above fifty ,but unsuccessfully.
About a week later, I discreetly found my wife doing two sets of 10 each.
I asked her , she replied" I was just checking up whether you can sustain this extra stress" and she gave me corner looks.
Please realize that there is competition to look younger everywhere , even with your superior half . Be careful. Do not allow others to look younger than you, not in the family and social circles at least.
