Much before we learnt about the fraud that Christmas is, a grand narrative was set, that Christmas was all about sharing family time, Christians doing charity, excited children opening gift boxes, decorating the Christmas tree, eating plum cakes, Santa Klaus, Christmas holidays, blah blah, subtly propelling the idea that Christianity as a religion, was brimming with humility, was some kind of a miracle / saviour cult that transcended all of this materialistic world.
But now, as the adage goes ‘the chickens (or rather turkey) come home to roost’ and a truckload of worms have got opened.
When frauds appear like miracles and hypocrisy appears to be humility, one is perhaps suffering from Christmas/Christian delusion. Churches are evangelical corporations with high walls and barbed wire, inside of which are concocted tales of fake sacrifices, made by evangelists and most infamously by the pastors.
The moment we hear about Christmas, pop comes up the picture of vast swathes of trees being cut to cater to the ever demanding non-environment-caring customers, leading to massive deforestation and release of CO2. A total of 120 million trees are cut every year, resulting in over 2-3 billion kgs of Carbon Footprint. The carbon emission doubles up when a fake tree is manufactured and sold.
Franco Malakkal – is the name that pops out – the moment Christmas is around. The very infamous Bishop accused of repeatedly raping a nun and sexually abusing her over a period of time. There are many other Bishops and Pastors, who have been allegedly accused of being paedophiles, in their seminaries. God save our children.
And the mother of all exposes’ that springs out in the Christmas season, is that the Churches acting as the ‘Great Conversion Mills’. Conversions are rampant, almost everywhere in our Country, in the name of allurement, taking advantage of the vulnerability of the economic weaker sections of the society, offering
Rice Bags, also either by coercion or forced conversions have become the norm.
Some answers to questions during Christmas:
Does Jesus save our planet? No, Jesus does
not save our planet as he does not stop felling of trees
Did Jesus die for your sins? No, Jesus
did not, as he could not protect the children from paedophilic pastors & did not stop Franco Malakkal from committing sins
Was Jesus born out of Virgin Mary?
A big NO, as Jesus had many siblings before and after him, so cut the crap.
So let’s pray, in this Christmas:
- No kid is raped by paedophile pastors
- No nun is raped and abused in Churches
- Women Popes and Pastors are appointed
- Conversion Mills are banned
- Save Trees, Save Planet
