Srinagar, October 8: Citing the recent attacks targeting civilians, Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha stated that the terror attacks in Kashmir is unacceptable. He asserted that the perpetrators of the terror attacks will be punished soon. Adding further he said that the Union Territory administration and the whole country stand in solidarity with the families of the victims in this hour of grief.
While talking to the press, Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha issued a statement after the killing of five civilians in the valley during the last four days by the terrorists. He expressed his heartfelt condolences to the families who lost their loved ones in the terror incidents. He further stated that his administration has given a free hand to the security agencies to eliminate the enemies of humanity and assured that soon the terrorists and those aiding and abetting them will pay for their heinous crimes.
The Lieutenant Governor said, the peace and progress accomplished by Jammu and Kashmir in the last two years has rattled the neighboring country and some of its terror sympathizers in the Union Territory. He assured that the nefarious plan of the terrorists to destabilize the process of peace, development and prosperity in the Union Territory will never succeed and every drop of innocent civilians blood will be avenged.
