New Delhi, September 12: The drug angle of the Sushant Singh Rajput death case has taken a tragic turn as Rhea Chakraborty has reportedly named other celebrities including Sara Ali Khan, Rakul Preet Singh, and designer Simone Khambatta in her interrogation with Narcotics Control Bureau regarding the drugs probe.

 

 

According to the sources during her interrogation with the NCB, Rhea has revealed the names of celebrities from the industry including actors, producers, and directors for their alleged involvement in the drug cartel. These celebrities will reportedly be summoned soon by NCB.

 

Sara, daughter of Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh, made her debut opposite Sushant Singh Rajput in 'Kedarnath' in 2018. Rhea and Sara were known to be good friends and would also work out in the same gym. When drug chats retrieved by Enforcement Directorate (ED) had surfaced online, Sara was referred to as 'Sara Sultan' in one of the chats.

 

NCB officials are set to summon at least 25 prominent Bollywood stars in the drug investigations. These celebrities, also include some ‘B-grade’ actors, who have been accused of consuming and procuring drugs. Moreover, Rhea had already reportedly accepted her role in procuring drugs for Sushant and handling the finances. She also revealed in her statement to the additional chief judicial magistrate that 80 percent of Bollywood celebs take drugs

 

Furthermore, the Narcotics Control Bureau - NCB has conducted raids on drug traffickers at some locations in Mumbai this morning. According to an official, the Mumbai zone of the NCB conducted these raids based on specific information. However, these raids are not directly linked to the drugs case pertaining to the death of filmstar Sushant Singh Rajput, which NCB's special investigation team - SIT is probing.

 

 

The SIT is probing the drugs case in which actor Rhea Chakraborty, her brother Showik, late actor Sushant Singh Rajputs manager Samuel Miranda, domestic help Dipesh Sawant and others have been arrested.The drug angle in Sushant Singh Rajput's death case came to light after a leaked WhatsApp chat hinted that Rhea Chakraborty, among others, dealt in drugs.

 

Meanwhile, a special court in Mumbai on Friday rejected the bail plea of actor Rhea Chakraborty, her brother Showik and others in connection with a drug case related to the death of Sushant Singh Rajput
